#Easter is fast approaching. How will you be spending the long weekend?
Traditionally Easter is like a second Christmas in our
family, by which I mean you stuff yourself stupid with food, are happy to see
siblings and family you haven’t seen…. well since Christmas and the proceed to
argue with them whilst remembering why, you haven’t seen them since Christmas.
More out of tradition than anything else we have fish dishes
on Good Friday, a glazed ham on Saturday a huge roast followed by an entire years’
worth of Chocolate on Sunday, then on Monday and are holding our stomach whilst
regretting all the food you have just consumed below are a few traditional
recipes that we are going to try this Easter
Salmon Cakes with Chive and Garlic Sauce
See the recipe here
Glazed Ham with Horseradish Cream
See the recipe here
Herb Crusted Leg of Lamb with Mint Gremolata

What will you be eating this Easter?
These recipes sound divine. I haven't had salmon cakes in such a long time and they are my favorite fish entree! Hope you had a wonderful holiday!
